Updated Safety Protocol at Hillcrest Plastic Surgery

Hillcrest Plastic Surgery is pleased to announce that we have lifted temperature checks and the required use of masks by patients at the direction of our esteemed surgeon, Dr. Kenrick Spence. We understand that the pandemic has been challenging for everyone and we appreciate the patience and understanding of our patients as we have adapted to the constantly evolving situation.

As always, the safety of our patients and staff is our top priority, and we will continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Our commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment has not wavered, and we will continue to abide by proper safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of everyone who walks through our doors.

We understand that some patients may still choose to wear masks, and we respect and support their decision. Our staff will continue to wear masks during all patient interactions, and we will maintain our rigorous cleaning and disinfecting protocols to ensure a safe environment for all. Drs. Spence and Ovalle would like to continue to encourage all patients to exercise common healthy habits such as frequent hand washing, rescheduling an office visit if one feels ill, and covering one’s mouth when coughing.

At Hillcrest Plastic Surgery, we remain committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. We are confident that with the lifting of these restrictions, we can continue to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all those who seek our services. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you soon.
