Before and after photos of a 60yr old female from Winter Garden, Fl who’s not pleased with breast shape position and size after having 1st breast augmentation in 2010 and then exchanged implants in 2020. Patient under went a bilateral breast implant exchange with capsulotomy and capsuloraphy and a full mastopexy with Dr Spence.
