Delightful 44 year old female wanting her “breast filled back up”. She is a married professional mother of 4. Her bra size was a 34 B. Dr. Spence suggested gel implants with a periareolar breast lift (mastopexy). Left breast implant was a moderate 375cc and the right implant was a moderate 350. Patient tolerated surgery well.
