PROCEDURE: Full facelift, liposuction of the neck, bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, temporal browlift and mid-facelift, and fat grafting to nasolabial folds and cheeks.
This is a 53 year old from Orlando, Florida, who was concerned with her aging face, excess skin of upper eyelids as well as facial lines and wrinkles. After reviewing patient’s photos taken 15 years ago, Dr. Spence identified her unique aging process. Patient sought Dr. Spence’s care as she wanted a natural looking facelift. Her procedure involved restoration of natural facial volume with fat and repositioning of her facial structure. Her brow position was placed in a natural arch, upper and lower lid excess skin removed , as well as lower lid fat pads removed.
