Case 100

Breast Lift, Fat Grafting Abdomen, Liposuction Abdomen Before & After Photos

Case Number: 100

This 36-year-old female is 5 ft 2 and weighs 138 lbs. She is a homemaker who has previously undergone a breast augmentation and liposuction before she came to see Dr. Spence. She had 300cc implants placed behind the breast tissue and in front of the muscle and was experiencing drooping of her breasts. From her previous liposuction she had developed an indentation in her lower abdomen with fat distributed about the belly button.

Her evaluation showed the breast implants to be intact, but her breasts were quite soft. She did not have implant rippling. She wanted to go slightly smaller but also wanted her breasts lifted. The evaluation of her abdomen showed no hernias and good skin tone. The problem was an indentation at the right lower portion of the abdomen with rippling of the skin from her prior liposuction; this was scarred and there was now fat accumulating at other parts of her abdomen.

Because the breasts were soft, the patient underwent an exchange of implants; her implants were replaced with 275cc smooth round implants, with partial removal of the capsule and a vertical scar breast lift. The abdomen was corrected by releasing the scar tissue, performing liposuction to the fatty areas, and by doing fat grafting to the indentations to produce a smooth contour to the abdomen.

He fat grafts took very well, she is quite pleased with her results, and her scars will fade more over time.
