Procedure: BOTOX® Cosmetic to forehead and crows feet, Sculptra® to temporal and bilateral sides of face, jawlines, and corner of mouth. Radiesse® to the cheeks and Juvederm Ultra Plus® underneath the eyes. Upper blepharoplasty and bilateral brow lift. Results achieved after a three year period.
