Patient sought Dr. Spence’s care to discuss her excess upper lid skin. Dr. Spence explained to the patient although she does have excess upper lid skin, her brow is not in the proper position. If he were to only take away the upper lid skin and not address brow position that would make her appear more tired. Patient agreed with the planned procedure to position her brow in a natural arch and remove excess lid skin with eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) in Orlando.
