This 32-year-old woman has a job that requires a lot of time in the public eye. She was self-conscious about her nose, thinking it was too big and that the tip was too long. The Orlando resident wanted plastic surgery. We performed an open rhinoplasty and reduced the size of her nose, while improving the definition of its tip and removing the hump. The patient now feels her nose is proportional to her face.
